1、焊接電源、其輸出功率、焊接特性需要與建議的工藝方法相匹配，并配有連接到主控制器的接口。

1. The welding power source, its output power, and welding characteristics need to be matched with the recommended process method, and equipped with an interface connected to the main controller.

2、送絲機及其調速控制系統對于送絲機速度控制精度要求較高的送絲機，控制電路需要加速度反饋。

3、焊頭。其運動(dòng)機構由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車(chē)等組成，低于焊頭機構，其驅動(dòng)系統需要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機。

3. Welding head. Its motion mechanism consists of a welding head, a welding head support frame, a suspension car, etc., which is lower than the welding head mechanism. Its driving system needs to use a servo motor with an encoder.

4、行走機構，如焊輥架、頭尾架翻轉機、轉臺、變位機等，活動(dòng)行走機構需要由伺服電機驅動(dòng)。

8、焊頭跟蹤或導向機構、弧壓自動(dòng)控制器、焊槍偏航及監控系統。

自由焊接設備一般由計算機軟件、送絲機及其調速控制系統、焊接電源、輔助設備、焊頭跟蹤或導向機構等組成。此外，根據用戶(hù)的需要，設備還會(huì )有其他部件，在購買(mǎi)設備時(shí)，可以根據實(shí)際工作需要選擇合適的設備類(lèi)型使用。
